Foster, Contracting Officer (520) 328-6347 The above contract was awarded to overlook systems technology Inc to set upthree data collection stations for the purpose of determining the integrity of the current GPS architecture. Problems encountered during the beginning of the contract made It necessary to provide a network upgrade. Since the upgrade was made It has become necessary to provide additional monitoring to meet the Government'S needs. It is the Government'S intent to issue a modification to thecontract for this purpose. It is not feasible to obtain competition for this acquisition since overlook'sstations are already established and any other contractor would require aduplication of these start-up costs.
