The minimum size for this structure is to be 1900 square feet based on exterior measurements. Suggested dimensions are approximately 68 feet by 28 feet. Building is to have insulation package, concrete foundation, and metal roof. The contractor shall also provide a covered concrete walk between office buildings. Installation to include delivery, set-up, connection to utilities (natural gas), adjustment of electrical and mechanical systems, and the construction of the foundation. The Government will be responsible for the excavation and back fill for the foundation and for the relocation of any utilities. Approximate start date is 09/20/95. Contract time is approximately 120 days. This is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. (0178)
