The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions over the period of Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-95-G-6540 with Martin Marietta/Granite State Joint Venture, P.O. Box 4840, Electronics Pkwy, Syracuse, NY 13221-4848. Orders will be issued for initial spares for Retrofit/Modification Kits for the OA-9070A/BQQ Series Deployable Array Working Group and associated equipment for the AN/BSY-1 and AN/BQQ-5 systems. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Martin Marietta/Granite State Joint Venture is the developer and sole manufacturer of the OA-9070A/GQQ Series Deployable Array Working Group. It is the only company which possesses adequate resources for the repair/refurbishment or modification of these systems. No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
