The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions over the period of Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-95-G-6191 with Westinghouse Norden Systems Inc., 75 Maxess Road, Melville, NY 11747. Orders will be issued for repair services for the AN/WLR-9 Series and AN/WLR-17 Active Emission Sonar Sets. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1). Westinghouse Norden Systems, Inc. designed, developed and is the sole producer of the AN/WLR-9 Series and AN/WLR-17 Active Emission Sonar Sets. It is the only company which possesses the knowledge, tooling and equipment necessary to perform the tasks described herein. No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herin. No other supplies or services will satisfy the Navy's requirements.
