N -- INSTALLATION SERVICES FOR THE AN/WLR-9 AND AN/WLR-17 SOL N00024-95-G-6191 POC Mahindra Singh 02612M, Contract Specialist, (703) 602-7707. The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions over the period Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-G-6191 with Westinghouse Norden Systems, Inc. 75 Maxess Road, Melville, NY 11747. Orders will be issued for installation services for the AN/WLR-9 Series and AN/WLR-17 Active Emission Sonar Sets. Orders will be issued pursuant to U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1). Westinghouse Norden Inc. designed, developed and is the sole producer of the AN/WLR-9 Series and AN/WLR-17 Active Emission Sonar Stes. It is the only company which possesses the knowledge, tooling and equipment necessary to perform the tasks described herein. No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein. No other supplies or services will satisfy the Navy's requirements.
