This will include the planning, creation, target marketidentification, media selection, placement and tracking of TV, newspaper, magazines, radio and direct mail advertisements. The contract period will be eighteen months with two one year options. The estimated release date for the Solicitation is 13 Jul 95. All requests for the Solicitation must be provided in writing. The place of performance is unknown wage determinations have been requested for the followingareas: Bronx county, NY; Orange county, CA; Cook county IL, wage determinations for additional places of performance will be requested for potential offerors who submit a written request to the Contracting Officer by 3:00 P.M.
