Rose, 703/695-2564 The purpose of this solicitation is to negotiate on a Full and Open Competitive basis for faculty support for the Intermediate Systems Acquisition Course (ISAC) for the Defense Systems Management College (DSMC). The Intermediate Systems Acquisition Course is a 4 week comprehensive overview of the DoD system acquisition life-cycle management, technical, and business processes. The course goal is to immerse the students in each process, acquaint them with the specialized terminology, familiarize them with the roles of the primary acquisition players, and demonstrate how it all fits together. It is designed to meet the needs of intermediate-level system acquisition professionals or specialists in their field. The course is taught at DSMC, Fort Belvoir, Virginia, and at various ''On-Site''locations in the contiguous United States. The period of performance will be for a base period of twelve (12) months with two (2) 12-month option periods.
