The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the removal of the roof membranes and insulation, parapet copings and flashings and expansion joint. The new roof consists of modified bitumen roofing membranes over two layers of insulation (3/4'' of perlite over 2'' of polyisocyanurate). Associated work includes new expansion joint, copings, flashings and counter flashings, drains, roof penetrations, etc. An additive alternate will provide for several additional roof sections not included in the base offer.
