Project will be to construct a central chilled water plant to house three (3) each centrifugal water chillers, pumps, piping, etc. Furnish electrical service for the building. Install chilled water supply and return distribution piping, both underground and aboveground, to serve Buildings 1, 11, 13, and 13A. Existing chillers in buildings will remain. Estimated dollar range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
