Z -- SERVICES & MATERIALS FOR MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AIR DRYER IN BUILDING 1215 SOL 1-134-GGK1.1150 DUE 081795 POC Bid Distribution Office,(804)864-2547. The work to be performed consists of modifications to an existing dual tower, 125 psig/3100 scfm air dryer. The work includes but is not limited to: replacing the existing heater and related piping and valving with an electric heater, replacing the existing separator, replacing the air to water heat exchanger, replacing piping, and replacing the existing control panel and related wiring with a new digital control system. Shall furnish all equipment, tools, materials, labor and services necessary to complete the work. Contract duration is 90 days. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will considered by the Agency. Bid opening date of August 18, 1995, is approximate. Solicitation available approximately July 18, 1995. (0178)
