70 -- PV WAVE SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE POC Rachel McIntyre (703) 693-2141 The Defense Supply Service-Washington, on behalf of the Office of the Secretary of Defense intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Visual Numerics for the procurement of PV Wave software maintenance, to include technical support, software upgrades and news bulletins. Firms will be considered only if responding with clear and convincing evidence from which the contracting officer may determine that it is more advantageous to the government to consider them. No solicitation documentation exists only written responses will be accepted and must include descriptions containing sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to provide the above mentioned items.
