Officer. This requirement is for the acquisition of two exhaust gas
conditioning (EGC) systems capable of continuously removing hazardous
low pressure chemical vapor deposition emissions by converting them
into harmless solids or nonvolatile solids within an easily changed and
disposable cartridge. The EGC systems shall not use any flammable or
reactive gas to create the harmless or nonvolatile solids. The system
shall be capable of handling at least .5 SLM of particulate generating
gas SiH4 at 10% concentration, .2 SLM of H2 (or H2 equivalent), and a
total flow of process gas of 5.0 SLM per tube. The process gas would
include Nitrogen, Oxygen, Freon 14, Silane and Argon. Additional
requirements are included in the Request for Offer (RFO)5-15026/069
which shall be issued no earlier than 15 days after publication in the
Commerce Business Daily. The offer due date will be established when
the RFO is issued. This procurement is being conducted under the
NASA/GSFC Midrange Pilot Test Program as a full and open procurement.
The SIC code is 3823 with a small business classification of 500
