(1080 sq. meters) addition in the southeast courtyard of Building #1 of the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Grand Island, Nebraska. This provides expansion space for ambulatory care, pharmacy, lab and dental services and a new elevator for outpatient use. This project will modify the site, provide utilities and the structural framework along with enclosing two stories of new construction. In this project, only one level will be finished off. This will be the first floor, which will provide expanded space for ambulatory care and pharmacy use. The second level intended for use by dental service and the laboratory will be finished in subsequent minor misc. projects. Estimated construction cost range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
