Comprehensive Sanction Center, Concerns having the ability for providing a Comprehensive Sanction Center facility for male and female Federal offenders. Those interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the Contracting Officer listing in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital surgical, prescriptions and dental treatment. Three programmatic components will be required, (Pre-Release, Community Corrections, and Home Confinement). These components and services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of facility shall be within 20 miles of the U. S. Federal Courthouse located at 225 Cadman Plaza, Brooklyn, New York 11201, within Kings, Queens, and Richmond Counties New York. Estimated total number of mandays is 18,250 (13,140 males and 5,110 females) for the 24 month base period with three consecutive option years. 9,473 mandays (6,822 males and 2,651 females) for option period 1; 9,955 mandays (7,096 males and 2,759 females) for option period 2; 10,220 mandays (7,358 males and females) for option period 3. Estimated RFP issue date is o/a July 28, 1995, estimated closing date is o/a September 26, 1995. Contract base period is 24 months with three consecutive options to renew.
