Provide onsite services in the field of Social Activities Coordinator at the Federal Prison Camp, Lexington, Kentucky. This is considered a contractual agreement and not a personnel appointment. The estimated issue date of this solicitation is July 15, 1995. The contractor shall provide on a non-discriminatory basis, services for developing social activities, analyzing, and reviewing progress of implemented programs. Supervision of implemented social activities programs. Maintain enrollment and completion records for inmates involved in programs. Be able to work with different educational and socio-economic levels of inmates, and staff from other institutional departments. Be responsible for writing the social activities curriculum. Services will consist of the following schedule: five sessions per week, a session being defined as four (4) hours in length. The anticipated period of performance is from date of award through September 30, 1996. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. This requirement is set aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Code is 8399.
