The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), St. Inigoes, MD has a requirement for a three year Basic Ordering Agreement with Fibco Composites,Inc., to provide services and material to support the modification, fabrication, repair, refurbishment, and replacement of AN/SPN-35A and AN/SPN-43A/B/C antenna reflector components, assemblies, and associated hardware. Services shall include pre-repair analysis, repair, routine and emergency repair analysis, field engineering, and engineering change support. Fibco Composites, Inc., is the original equipment manufacturer of the AN/SPN-35A and AN/SPN-43A/B/C radar antenna reflectors and is the only source possessing the technical capability, technical data, and requisite knowledge of the equipment required to identify and effect repairs of the antenna reflectors. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
