This work consists offurnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services and supervision to remove and replace moving parts in the two elevators in Bldg 1600 on Scott AFB IL. These two elevators are approximately 23 years old. They require a general mechanical overhaul due to outdated equipment. The first elevator is a personnel elevator. The second elevator is a service elevator. Bothe elevators will require complete renovation, and need to be brought up to standard with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The estimated range of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The Standard Industrial Code for this project is 1796 and the small business size standard is $7.0M.
