The work shall include: 1) preparation, typing, submission of personnel forms and affirmative action reports; 2) use of computer and computer software to prepare organization charts, maintain the Laboratory's personnel records, assist in the use of e-mail and key enter administrative data and 3) operation of telephones, telephone switchboards, duplicating machines and FAX machines. The period of performance is from October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996. The support shall be provided from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday of each week, for a total of forty (40)-hours per week.
