The Contractor shall furnish management, supervision, manpower, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the service. Various posts to be manned seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. Some Government furnished material is provided and is set forth in the solicitation. Approximate labor hours for base year is 103,520.
