follows: Processing of 35MM and 120 size color negative film (process
C-41), processing of 35MM and 120 size color positive transparency film
(process E-6), processing of 35MM and 120 size color positive
transparency film (process K-14) (subcontracting is acceptable), and
processing of 35MM and 120 size black and white negative film. Prints
from 35MM size color and black and white negative film in sizes 2R, 3R,
4R, 5x7 and 8x10. Prints from 35MM size color positive transparency
film in sizes 3R, 4R, 5x7 and 8x10. 1-to-1 duplicate 35MM slide
positive transparencies. Appropriate consistent control of the C41,
RA-4 and black and white processing lines with process control data
open to inspection. Process E-6 control must meet Eastman Kodak
Company's Q-Lab standards. In addition to the ability to print
photographs containing conventional image subject matter, the vendor
must possess the ability to print images which frequently are very low
in contrast or have a very narrow tonal range. Some types of automated
printing equipment have, in the past, failed to detect data film images
resulting in these frames being skipped over in the printing step. A
customer service representative must be available by telephone as a
liaison to handle concerns and special service requirements on a job by
job basis. Pick-up and delivery will be arranged for by the vendor and
must be performed each day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays,
at a consistent time between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM EDT. Orders must be
completed and delivered within the following times: C-41, D-6 B&W film
processing within 3 business days. Processing and printing of 3R and
4R orders within 3 business days. Printing of 2R, 5x7 and 8x10 orders
within 10 business days. Duplicate slide orders within 10 business
days. Historical average annual volume data is as follows: 35MM C-41
process and print - 1125 rolls, C-41 process only - 45 rolls, E-6
process and mount - 72 rolls, reprints from negatives/positivies 150
prints. Information need not be formal in nature. This is not a request
for proposals. The Government intends to use this information for
planning purposes only. The Government will not award a contract solely
on the basis of this information and will not pay for the information
solicited. All interested parties may submit information for evaluation
of their capabilities regarding the above within 15 calendar days after
