Offeror shall provide (except as otherwise provided) all services, personnel, travel, and lodging for Contractor personnel necessary to present a course of instruction for the Instructional Methods in Huntsville, AL as follows: 23-27 Oct 95; 11-15 Dec 95; 5-9 Feb 96; and 18-22 Mar 96. Option Year FY97 in Huntsville, AL as follows: 21-25 Oct 96; 9-13 Dec 96; and 17-21 Mar 97. Option Year FY98 as follows: 20-24 Oct 97; 8-12 Dec 97; and 2-6 Mar 98. This course is designed to provide potential PROSPECT instructors with the knowledge of, as well as practice implementing, methods and techniques necessary to design, develop and instruct, and evaluate a training course. The Contractor shall provide two instructors who shall be present during the full 36 hours of instruction. Special technical experience and qualifications will be set forth in this solicitation scheduled to be issued on or about 20 Jul 95. Copies of the solicitation may be obtained by written request. Telephonic requests will not be honored. The Standard Industrial Code applicable to this procurement is 8999. This is a 100% set aside for small business procurement. For the purpose of this solicitation, any concern whose gross annual receipts over the past 3 years does not exceed an average of $5,000,000 is considered a small business.
