Provide onsite services in the field of Ready Release Instructor and counseling activities in the Education Department at the Federal Medical Center, and the Federal Prison Camp, Lexington, Kentucky. This is considered a contractual agreement and not a personnel appointment. The contractor shall provide on a non-discriminatory basis, testing services which will aide individuals in identifying and taking advantage of resources helpful in securing employment, obtaining social services, and/or housing after release. Counsel inmates in areas which support positive work habits and increased job opportunities after incarceration. Services will consist of the following schedule: five sessions per week, a session being defined as four (4) hours in length. The anticipated period of performance is from date of award through September 30, 1996. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. This requiremet is set aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Code is 8299.
