SIC Code: 1522. The housing unit is approximately 4,000 square feet in size with concrete slab basement with masonry walls, wood frame construction and asphalt shingle roofs. Project is located at Saint Croix Falls, Wisconsin. Magnitude of construction is $250,000 and $500,000. Tentative date for solicitaton issuance is July 31, 1995 with bid opening projected on/or about thirty days after issuance of solicitation. Period of performance is approximatey 360 days.
