The structure is known as the Ryan Center and is located on Floyd Bennett Field in Brooklyn, New York. This is part of Gateway National Recreation Area. The building is on the National Register of Historic Places. Thus work shall comply with the Secretary of the Interior Standards for rehabilitation. The estimated price range is $600,000 to $1,000,000. The time for completion is two hundred eighty (280) calendar dates.
