Z -- CONSTRUCT WARMING HOUSE Sol. F3260595BOO42. Due 071795. Contact Sheryl Scheer at 701/747-5305. Project includes but is not limited to providing all transportation, equipment, tools, supervision, labor, and materials necessary to construct a new warming house approximately 1,075 SF and a skating rink of approximately 9,900 SF. The new warming house will be masonry with a standing seam roof and will include space for restrooms, lobby, checkout room, storage, and mechanical/electrical. The skating rink will include a concrete slab foundation and side and end boards. Mechanical items include a HVAC system with a gas furnace and complete plumbing. Electrical items include exterior skating rink lighting with control, interior and exterior lighting receptacles, telephone outlets, electrical panel, fire alarm system, and one new pad mounted distribution transformer with new primary riser in strict accordance with plans and specifications of the contract as specified in the Technical Provisions and Drawings for this project, JFSD# 954010. Plans and specifications for this project will be issued only on 3 1/2'' computer disk. Plans will be AutoCAD 12 files and specifications will be Microsoft Word for Windows 2.0 files. A lit of suggested local firms able to print these documents will be available. The magnitude is between $100K and $250K. This action is being considered for 100% set-asides for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify our office, in writing, of their intentions to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as possible but no later than 10 Jul 95. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, evidence of capacity to obtain required bonds, and specific information which demonstrates the capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude. Complete inormation concerning management experience in similar work and financial status should be submitted with references. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice. Therefore, replies to this office are still requested from all interested business concerns as well as from Small Disadvantaged Business concerns. Project requirements will be made available on or about 17 Jul 95. All requests must be in writing and must include the business size (small or large) and whether they are women owned or disadvantaged. (174)
