construct underground potable water service from city water main on
Summit Street to USCG Station in Bay View Park, Toledo, OH in
accordance with the enclosed plans and specifications. Est. range is
between $25K and $100K. Performance period is 60 DANTP. No telephone

opening date is on or about 16 August 1995. Please do not call to

contract is 1623 and the average size standard is $17.0 million. This
is an unrestricted procurement IAW Public Law 100-656. For a listing

This is applicable to any eligible prime or subcontract at any tier.
The DOT Bonding Assistance Program enables firms to apply for bid,
payment, and performance bonds up to $1.0 million per contract. The DOT
provides an 80% guaranty on the bond amount to a surety against losses.
Loans are also available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program
(STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable
financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000. For further
