Guerrero, Telephone (415)604-4864, e-mail address to Robert_Guerrero@qmgate.arc.nasa.gov This project consists of providing labor, equipment, and materials to replace three existing reciprocating chillers, chilled water and tower water pumps, piping and electrical service with a new building chilled water system in building N236 to include the following: Demolition work includes the removal of chillers, chilled water and tower water pumps, accessories, asbestos pipe insulation, piping, and electrical services. New work includes the installa tion oif a 300 nonminal ton chiller, two chilled water pumps, two tower water pumps, piping, accessories, Facility Management Control System (FMCS), and electrical services. Building chilled water shall be provided during the construction from a temporary chilled water plant. The project is located at NASA Ames Research Center, Moffett Field, CA. The magnitude of con struction is between $250,000 and $500,000. The period of performance is approximately 212 calendar days.
