Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and operations as required to demolish existing and construct new redwood privacy fences in the family housing area including all site work, site repairs, landscaping, and disposal. This action is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify our office in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as possible but no later than 10 days frm the publication date of this notice. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small, socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitations will be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice. Therefore, replies to this office are still requested from all interested business concerns as well as from Small Disadvantaged Business concerns. Project requirements will be made available on or about 21 July 95. All work accomplished will be in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings.
