The work includes removing and transport existing plaza pavers on post to a storage site, remove and dispose of existing 1 1/2'' polystyrene insulation, remove and dispose of existing EPDM deck membrane and associated accessories, install a two-part, water based, fluid-applied, fully adhered, polyester mesh reinforced, seamless rubber roof coating system, install prefabricated drainage composite system, install extruded polystyrene closed-cell foam insulation, install new asphalt block pavers in their original pattern, remove existing caulking and install new silicone caulking on the existing granite monument. Bid opening date listed is approximate and is subject to change based on solicitation issue date. Performance time is 45 calendar days. The estimated cost range is between$100,000 and $250,000.
