Work includes but is not limited to the following: Install a service elevator to serve first and second floors of the building. The elevator shall be two speed, side slide doors with a rating of 2500 pounds and a speed of 100-125 FPM and it shall meet all requirements set forth in ''Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards''. The term of the base contract for this project is 180 calendar days after the contractor receives Notice to Proceed. Funds are not currently available for this project. Estimated cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1542 and the small business size standard is $17 million. This project is set aside for small business concerns. This project is also a labor surplus area set aside. Specifications will be available on or about July 13, 1995.
