Demolish additional foundations which supported 34 other structures which were previously demolished. Project incldes the placement of site fill, associated final grading and reseeding of disturbed areas. Capping and removal of existing utilities will be required. Asbestos abatement will be accomplished under existing requirements contract and is not a portion of this solicitation. The SIC Code is 1795/$7.0 million. The estimated dollar range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The performance period will be 180 calendar days. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this acquisition is unrestricted. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available for which payment for contract purposes can be made.
