Project consists of eight (8) blocks of chip and seal surface treatment, 818 feet of grading with alternate bid items being considered for the minor asphalt concrete paving, portland cement concrete paving or aggregate surfacing. It also includes 1,073 feet of grading and portland cement concrete sidewalk construction, 406 feet of portland cement concrete curb and gutter construction on 1.19 miles of road on the Standing Rock Indian Reservation, Sioux County, North Dakota. The estimated price range is between $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. Bidding materials will be available after July 12, 1995 at a cost of $25.00 per set, non-refundable. Only a cashier's check or a money order is acceptable. This is a total Buy-Indian Set Aside for economic enterprises that are 51% Indian owned and controlled firms. ``Section 7(b) of Public Law 93-638 (25 U.S.C. 460E) and 41 CFR 14-1.354 require that preference opportunities in employment and training be given to Indian/Alaska native economic enterprises.
