The US Army has a requirement for the Repair to Buildings 323, 324, 325, Construction Project Site Work, Parking Area Site Work and Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) Removaland Disposal at Fort Allen USAR Center Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico. Contractor will be required to furnish all Plant, Labor, Materials, Equipment and Incidentals necessary to complete the project within 180 calendar days, after Notice of Proceed is issued. This is a Firm Fixed Price Multiple Award Type Construction contract (Only ACM Removal and Disposal can be Awarded separately); to the lowest Responsible Bidder per Item or Items. Tentative Issue Date is July 14, 1995. Magnitude of proposed procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000.
