Exterior walls will be masonry and interior walls will be metal studs and sheetrock. Interior finishes will be vinyl tile, carpet, acoustical ceiling and painting. Contractor will provide toilet accessories, toilet partitions, lockers, interior and exterior hollow metal doors, solid core wood doors, door hardware, and aluminum windows. Interior plumbing, heating ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, and fire detection will be required. Special construction will include the erection of a sauna. The SIC Code is 1542/$17.0 million. The estimated dollar range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The performance period will be 180 calendar days. See Note 4.
