Work consists of architectural, HVAC, plumbing, demolition, asbestos removal and utility hook-ups of Government furnished equipment. Cost range between $250,000 and $500,000. Construction time is 240 days from Notice to Proceed. Contract award is subject to the availability of funds. A 90 day bid acceptance period is applicable to this solicitation. Request for bid package must be in writing to the Contracting Officer (90C) and no telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. A limited number of bid packages are available and will be issued on a first come, first serve basis. SIC 1542 applies to this solicitation.
