The work includes the demolition and removal of: a roof mounted chiller and chilled water pumps. There will be provisions for a new: chiller, water pumps, controls, piping, pipe insulation, electrical controls, zone control valves, and any other incidental related work. The SIC code is 1711 and the industry small business size standard ($7.0 Million) are applicable to this contract. Estimated cost range: $100,000 to $250,000. This proposed contract is being considered for a 100% set-aside for SDB concerns. Interested SDB concerns that meet this criteria who wish to be considered in accordance with Public Law and the FAR should indicate interest by providing to the contracting office evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a small, socially and economically DB concern. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns within 15 days of this notice, this solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis.
