Removal of asbestos floor tile and piping insulation, including removal of transite siding is required. The remaining western portion includes removal of transite siding and the installation of new vinyl siding. Also included is the replacement of the existing HVAC system and minor suspended acoustical ceiling tile requirements and incidental related work.
