59 -- DIGITAL FREQUENCY DISTRIBUTOR SOL N00164-95-R-0198 DUE 090195 POC Contact Roberta George 812-854-1348, FAX 812-854-3465; Contracting Officer, Carolyn Carmichael The Navy requires 5 each Digital Frequency Discriminators (DFDs) in accordance with NAVSURFWARCENDIV Crane Specification. The operating frequency range of the DFD shall be from 8 to 11 GHz. The weight of the DFD shall not exceed 10 pounds. The output frequency word shall be a 12 bit binary word, monotonically increasing as frequency increases. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination with inspection and acceptance at destination. Delivery of 5 each DFDs is due within 270 days of contract award. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
