The National Institutes of Health (NIH), in Bethesda Maryland intends to negotiate a Sole Source Contract under authority of 41 USC 253 (c) (1) as set forth in FAR 6.302-1, (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency needs/requirements). Independently, and not as an agent of the Government, the contractor shall furnish and maintain one hundred eighteen (118) outside parking spaces to the office of Strategic Planning and Technology Transfer, the Office of Recombinant DNA, the office of Alternative Medicine, and the Clinical Center's Office of Procurement Programs, National Institutes of Health (NIH). All parking spaces shall be located in one (1) area. That area shall be within five hundred (500) feet of the pedestrian entrances at 6006 Executive Boulevard, Rockville Maryland. All one hundred eighteen (118) spaces shall measure a minimum of eight (8) feet in width and eighteen (18) feet in length and shall be provided for a period of one (1) basic year with options to renew for four (4) successive twelve (12) month periods (0180)
