SP4400-95-R-0018 will be issued O/a 31 Jul 95. Approximate closing date is 31 Aug 95. This will be a requirements contract for a base period of eighteen (18) months with two (2) Twelve (12) month option periods. Performance will be requested by issuance of delivery orders against the basic contract. Special qualifica-tions: Prospective contractors or subcontractors must be able to meet all Federal, state and local Laws, ordinances and regulations governing handling of transportation, and disposal of hazardous waste material and environmental protection.
