This project requires the contractor to provide design services and construction services and is being procured via the two-step method of contracting in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 14. Step one requires the proposer to submit a Technical Proposal to be evaluated to determine the acceptability of the design approach and conformance with design and specified criteria. Step two requests a sealed bid be submitted by only those proposers determined to have acceptable Technical Proposals under step one. The estimated cost range is from $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00.
