Cole 806-885-3995 This project is to provide all services required to install a Government-Furnished, 10,000 gallon Oil/Water Separator and Government-Furnished 45 KVA pad mounted transformer. The Oil/Water Separator, is to be installed beside the existing oil/water separator, as indicated on drawings. Work involves: Demolition of asphalt and concrete, excavation for and installation of prefabricated concrete vault. Installation of oil/water separator, connection of oil/water separator to existing drain lines. Installation of 6' high chain link fence around site, with double swing gates, and one personnel gate. Installation of 45 KVA pad mounted transformer, associated conduit and conductors, and installation of motors, and control panels for operation of oil/water separator. Patching of asphalt parking/storage area. All waste materials shall be disposed of off Base in approved source at no expense to the Government. Disposal of waste shall be in accordance withj appicable federal, state, local and base regulations and coordinated through the Civil Engineer's Environmental Flight. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Invitations for Bids will be issued on or about 21 July 95 with a tentative bid opening date of 25 Aug 95. A Bid Garantee in the amount of twenty (20%) shall be submitted with the bid on the proper form. Performance period is 200 calendary days. This is a full and open competion, unless 2 or more responsible/responsive bids are received from Small Disvantaged Business (SBD) concerns, at which time it will then become an SBD Set Aside. The Standard Industrial Code is 1799. Small business concerns and Small disvantaged business concerns are encouraged to request this Invitations for Bids. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered. Only written requests will be considered. There is no charge for this Invitation for Bid Packet. The work is to be accomplished at Reese AFB, TX which is located 10 miles west of Lubbock, Texas. (0180)
