Endsley Furnish all plant, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation required to Replace Generators: Vortac, Rapcon Fac 385 in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings for Project No. EEPZ 95-1031. Period of performance is 150 calendar days (90 calendar days material acquisition, 60 calendar days on site work). The Magnitude of Construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. The proposed acquisition is being proposed as a 100% set-aside for small, disadvantaged businesses. Interested small, disadvantaged business concerns should notify our office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as possible but no later than 12 July 95. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small, socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, evidence of capacity to obtain required bonds, and specific information which demonstrates the capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude. Complete information concerning management experience in similar work and financial status should be submitted with references. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice. Therefore, replies to this office are requested from ALL interested business concerns as well as from SDB concerns. Please indicate on your written request whether you are a small, large, disadvantaged, or woman-owned business. Solicitation will be issued on or about 28 July 95.
