The work includes replacement of an existing LHRH door leaf of the Jamison Double Swing, STC 57 Sound Reduction Door, complete with hinges, hardware, gaskets, sealing system and accessories; set tolerances and adjustment for both door leafs, hardware and accessories to meet acoustical performance specifications, and operational requirements; check operation of existing safety limit switches; prime, paint doors and jamb; demonstrate that double swing door assembly is complete and ready for use. The requirement is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. Bids will be solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size. The contract duration is 120 calendar days after receipt of contract award. All responsible sources may submit a bid.
