GRAVES (913) 239-0462 (Site Code DAKF19) The required work consist of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation. All roof repair and replacement shall be completed in accordance with the current edition of the NCRA Roofing and Waterproofing Manual. Roofing repair and replacement shall be complete in all aspects and shall result in a waterproof membrane. The Contractor shall replace complete sections of built-up and EPDM roofs in accordance with specifications and drawings in the solicitation. Proposed contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Sealed Bid (IFB) will be issued on or about July 24, 1995, bid opening will be held on or about August 24, 1995. Estimated cost of the project is between $500,000.00 to 1,000,000. The procurement is unrestricted. The standard industrial code for this solicitation is 1761. The small business size standard for this project is $7.0M.
