Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and appliances necessary to perform all operations in connection with the replacement of the roof and existing steel projected windows at the Watertown OMS Facility, Watertown, New York. The work to be performed will include, but is not limited to the following items: Selective demolition to include existing roof ballast removal, existing window removals, and removal of miscellaneous related items; installation of a standing seam metal, pre-fabricated, pre-designd, mansard style shed roof; installation of insulation to bring the total insulation in the roof up to R-40; replace existing windows with new anodized aluminum frames with inoperable sash; new windows shall be installed in existing masonry openings.
