Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and appliances necessary to perform all operations in connection with the replacement of existing concrete floor slabs at the Utica USARC, Utica, New York. The work to be performed will include, but is not limited to the following items: Remove existing concrete floor slabs in designated rooms along with existing sub-base down to a depth of 16 inches total; excavated material will be disposed of off-site at a DEC approved landfill; provide new 12 inches of #2 stone over 95% compacted sub-base; provide new 4 inch thick reinforced concrete slab floors in each affected room, finish floor slab with concrete floor sealer and install new floor tile as indicated.
