Provide all supervision, plant, labor, materials, equipment and appliances necessary in connection with the replacement of roof at the U.S. Army Reserve Center, Rochester, New York. Work will include, but is not limited to, removal of existing roofing ballast, building preparation and blocking for new roof structure, fabrication and installation of new wood trusses and sheathing, installation of fiberglass-asphalt roofing shingles, and installation of miscellaneous related items, such as gable end siding, ventilation, attic access hatches, attic insulation, gutters and downspouts. This procurement is estimated at between $250,000 and $500,000. Period of performance is 365 calendar days. Bid Issuance Date will be O/A 28 Jul 95. This is an unrestricted procurement.
