Work includes but is not limited to the the following: replacement of the existing A/C system with one that meets the latest infection control criteria for TB patients. Work also includes selective demolition, partitions, ceiling replacement, painting, plumbing, utility upgrades, doors, asbestos abatement piping, ductwork, digital controls, finishes, signal and current wiring. Construction estimate is between $250,000. and $500,000. A maximum of twenty-five (25) bid packages will be available on or about July 17, 1995 and will be issued on a first come first serve basis.
