Lockheed Fort Worth Company (LFWC) will integrate tri-service Embedded Global Positioning System (GPS)/Inertial Navigation System (EGI) equipment, GPS antennas, and design/procure required Group A equipment to support the F-16 Block 25/30/32 aircraft. This action is being awarded under other than Full and Open Competition procedures, in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and applicable FAR citation 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). LFWC has the technical data base and expertise required to integrate and ensure system compatibility. An Ombudsman has been established for this requirements review. The only purpose of the Ombudsman is to receive and communicate serious concerns from potential offerors when an offeror prefers not to use established channels to communicate his/her concern during his requirements review.
